Oscar Diggs (James Franco), a small-time circus magician with dubious
ethics, is hurled away from dusty Kansas to the vibrant Land of Oz. At
first he thinks he's hit the jackpot-fame and fortune are his for the
taking. That all changes, however, when he meets three witches, Theodora
(Mila Kunis), Evanora (Rachel Weisz), and Glinda (Michelle Williams),
who are not convinced he is the great wizard everyone's been expecting.
Reluctantly drawn into the epic problems facing the Land of Oz and its
inhabitants, Oscar must find out who is good and who is evil before it
is too late. Putting his magical arts to use through illusion,
ingenuity-and even a bit of wizardry-Oscar transforms himself not only
into the great and powerful Wizard of Oz but into a better man as well.

________________________________________________________________________________
- "Oz: The Great and Powerful," March 8, 2013 -- In this prequel to the legendary "The Wizard of Oz," James Franco stars as magician Oscar Diggs, who will one day end up as "the man behind that curtain." He's joined by Michelle Williams, Mila Kunis and Rachel Weisz as famous witches Glinda, Theodora and Evanora ... and the visuals in the trailer alone blow us away.
- "Evil Dead," April 12, 2013 -- Oh man. This remake of the 1981 Sam Raimi cult classic "The Evil Dead" looks seriously effed up ... in the best way! Five friends hole themselves inside a remote cabin (never a good idea) and end up summoning demons from the nearby woods. Terrifying!
- "Oblivion," April 19, 2013 -- Tom Cruise as one of the last remaining, post-apocalypse men on earth? Morgan Freeman as ... some sort of badass?! Oh yeah, we're in.
- "Iron Man 3," May 3, 2013 -- Well, this is just a no-brainer
- "The Great Gatsby," May 10, 2013 -- Originally one of our most anticipated pics of 2012, the release was pushed to May ... and we are still so excited! This newest trailer, featuring music by Jay-Z and Kanye West, Florence + the Machine and Filter, epitomizes the sleek Baz Luhrmann style, with dapper Leonardo DiCaprio in the title role. Along with Tobey Maguire, Carey Mulligan, Joel Edgerton and more, this flick looks like a classic in the making.
- "Star Trek Into Darkness," May 17, 2013 -- The 2009 "Star Trek" revitalized the sci-fi franchise, and this highly-anticipated sequel looks about 10 times more intense! Returning stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, John Cho and more are joined by hottie Alice Eve and movie bad guy Benedict Cumberbatch in this dream flick for sci-fi fans.
- "The Hangover Part III," May 24, 2013 -- Sci-fi not your thing? How about some laughs? The Wolfpack is back! Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms, Justin Bartha and Bradley Cooper return as the fearless foursome who will, inevitably, get into some sort of trouble that makes our wildest nights look like Sunday school.
- "Man of Steel," June 14, 2013 -- Finally, the long-awaited flick that will reignite the "Superman" franchise. Brit Henry Cavill stars as the famous alien in the blue and red unitard, with Amy Adams as his Lois Lane. Also starring Russell Crowe, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane and more, this one is sure to be a blockbuster.
- "Monsters University," June 21, 2013 -- Wishing for a family flick? Well this one is sure to please. Your favorite beasts from 2001's Pixar film "Monsters, Inc." return in this prequel which shows Sulley (voiced by John Goodman) and Mike Wazowski (Billy Crystal) in college! This teaser trailer alone had us in stitches.
- "World War Z," June 21, 2013 -- Much like "Iron Man 3," this is also a no-brainer -- but this time we mean it literally. Brad Pitt stars in this post-apocalyptic horror flick which finds him dealing with a zombie outbreak that's taking over the world. (No brains! Get it?!) Can you imagine anything scarier than fast zombies? Ahh!
- "Pacific Rim," July 12, 2013 -- Giant sea creatures? Check. The destruction of San Francisco? Check. Even gianter (yes, gianter) robot defenders? Check. This epic-looking Guillermo del Toro film had been shrouded in secrecy ... until the release of the trailer below. Enjoy!
- "The Wolverine," July 26, 2013 -- Just look at this pic below of Hugh Jackman. Come on. 'Nuff said.
- "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," November 22, 2013 -- Let the games ... continue! Installment number two of "The Hunger Games" film franchise comes our way next Thanksgiving, and while we don't have any official photos or footage yet of Jennifer Lawrence and company, this animated poster is just pretty darn cool.
